Summer 2024 has seen a strange mixture of weather from very hot still days to windy rainy even hailstones.
Fishing was good throughout although a lot more early summer.

Spring 2023 has been amazing with visits from our neighbours accros the road and also accross the water from Jersey and England
The French family in the photo only stayed 2 nights and caught 17 fish including our 2 sturgeon 46 and 44 lb
and several carp over 35lb

Our Farmhouse will offer luxury and comfort for 4 people. There will be two bedrooms with double or twin beds, a new shower room, almost complete. A newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen & living area is cool in summer and has a log burner to create a wonderful cozy feel in the winter. The accomodation is superb for anglers and non anglers providing a relaxing space whatever the season.

A beautiful 7.5 acre carp lake offering luxury accommodation or drive & survive. The lake is surrounded by mature trees with lily pad features and natural margins. Carp run from 20lbs to mid/late 40's and over 150 have been hand selected.

We offer a variety of drive & survive amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. A conversion planned for our farmhouse cottage will offer a kitchen, shower & toilet, and a lovely social area, meantime we already have a small kitchen facility and shower room on the end of the Farmhouse Not forgetting the little lakeside cabins on each swim! which can save you the effort of putting up your bivvy.

We offer a choice of two food packages; breakfast only or breakfast & evening meal. House and branded bait, prepared maize and particle mix available on site. We've also got a full range of tackle hire should you wish to travel light.
